In this seminar, I presented a presentation on 'The Implications of the Internet and Media for the Catholic Church & Religion'. I presented my findings to a postgraduate group from St Patrick's Pontifical University Maynooth in which digital marketing is not their main focus. This was an opportunity for me to gain experience of putting across a message and lecturing a large audience which will stand for me when I become a lecturer.
I put forward an argument that the digital world of social media has an extreme impact on the opinions of individuals throughout the last two decades. I also researched on how social media platforms now have an impact on today's Church with readings and I also interviewed Fr. Bill from Springfield Parish who engages with the social media platforms in his parish.
This was a very successful seminar as everyone was engaged, taking on board the implications, and it also lead to a social setting where we continued to discuss how social media can help the Church and how every sector should be taking this useful platform on board.

During my studies in TUD, I created an idea which has been passed onto the cinema industry. The idea consisted of an electronic set of glasses which will display subtitles during the movie. Not everybody likes subtitles, so you have the option to wear the glasses which is helpful for everybody. This is helpful for the deaf community as they will be able to enjoy and understand the movie with the aid of the subtitles.

For my masters programme, I was required to create a paid ad for a company in order to pass one of my modules. I created an ad campaign for company Azure Communications to raise brand awareness along with my peers. This involved creating a Christmas hamper giveaway, an ad that contains a quiz to guess the Christmas song with emojis, and a landing page for them to enter their contact details.
